And the company will praise or award outstanding employees for continuous improvement in various business processes and management processes such as production, technology, and quality inspection.

In this year's event, a total of 21 projects participated in the appraisal. The standardization of spark parameters and the improvement of the oil mist cooling system of the engine were respectively awarded the first and second prizes.
