Looking back at the past 2019, we are not afraid of obstacles and storms. Against the background of the pressure of national economic policies and the complex international situation, Greatoo adheres to the quality policy of "survival by quality and development by credit", adheres to the corporate management philosophy of "army + school + family" and keeps moving forward.
In this year, we did our best to write down our achievements and returned with honor. At the beginning of the year, Greatoo was selected as the "Best CVT (Commercial Tire Mold) Supplier of 2018" by Continental AG, and awarded as "Key Enterprise for Mold Export" by China Mold Industry Association; This year, for the first time, we selected personnel to participate in the "3rd National Intelligent Manufacturing Application Technology Skills Contest", and won the first prize of "Installation and Commissioning of Intelligent Manufacturing Units for Cutting" project, and was named the "Champion Player Unit" of this competition, which brought a heavy honor to the Greatoo, and also wrote a powerful chapter of "Strong Skill Enterprise".
In this year, we deeply cultivated intelligent manufacturing and achieved great results. Greatoo is keen to grasp the development trend of intelligent future and actively optimize the intelligent resources of its own industry. In 2019, it has achieved great results in the field of intelligent manufacturing. The company's "research and application of industrial robot and intelligent manufacturing system control and integration technology" project won the Guangdong Province Measurement Control and Instrumentation Science and Technology First Prize, and was named "Guangdong Strategic Emerging Industry Backbone Enterprise" by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology. What’s more, a number of projects have been subsidized by national and provincial science and technology innovation strategy. In November, as a representative theme in the Jieyang area, the company was featured in a large series of live broadcasts of Guangdong Satellite TV "Flying Over Guangdong". The "black technology" robotic lion dance debuted on stage, demonstrating the spirit of a new era of striving for a better life.
In this year, we insisted on talent development and people-oriented. Following the successful completion of the three-year "All-Certificate" plan, the company's "Skills Enhancement" plan has been effectively implemented. The board of directors put forward new ideas for system reform in a timely manner, and tried out the business management model of independent operation, self-management, and self-financing of the business department to create an operable and predictable mutual benefit development situation.
